By submitting this application to register to pay super online I am making the following statements:
- The employer applies to AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø Pty Ltd (‘Trustee’) to register to make superannuation contributions electronically to the AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø Superannuation Fund (‘Fund’) for the benefit of its employees.
- The employer has had the opportunity to read AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø's Privacy Policy and consents to personal information collected being used to manage its superannuation contributions to AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø.
- The employer has considered any award and agreement obligations.
Important
- If the employer has elected Direct Debit they authorise AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø Pty Ltd, ABN 60 905 115 063 ASFL No. 228975, the Trustee of the AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø Superannuation Fund, to arrange for funds to be debited from the employer’s account at the financial institution identified in the previous page and prescribed through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS). This authorisation is to remain in force in accordance with the terms described in the Direct Debit Service Agreement.
- If the employer has elected Employer Online BPAY they understand that by choosing BPAY to complete an online contribution, they are required to submit payment via their financial institution. They acknowledge that the contribution obligation has not been met until this payment has been received by AÂ鶹¹ÙÍø. They understand that this payment is required to be sent from their financial institution within 24 hours of submitting the contribution online.
